Parents, please be aware of what your child intends as their pose. We try to accommodate those poses, but may make changes based on studio requirements or photographic representation.

Photo time is approximate based on studio delays and last minute schedule changes.

Please allow yourself time to change into and out of the costume.

Lance’s Studio Photography retains copyright for all photographs. The images taken by the Photographer are for personal use by the Clients. Sale, Publication or any Commercial use of the photographs is not allowed without prior written permission from the Photographer. The Clients grant Lance’s Studio Photography consent to use the photographs for editorial, competition and advertising purposes. The Clients release Lance’s Studio Photography from all liability and claims in connection with the images.

We strive to create photographs that reflect your child. We help to refine every pose and hope you understand if everything isn’t perfect. If you are unsatisfied with your photographs, we guarantee to try and make it right for you, negotiating in good faith and offering a fair and reasonable resolution to address your concern(s).

In the event of a refund or reprint, all original photographs must be returned to the photographer before the refund or reprint is issued. Refunds will be issued with the same form of payment originally made and may take up to 30 days to process. The following limitation applies: No refunds will be given if issues are deemed to have been directly or indirectly and/or fully or partially caused by any circumstance, situation or condition out of the photographer’s control, i.e. make-up, hair, outfit, lateness.

Unclaimed printed photographs will be disposed of after 3 months, replacement prints may be ordered from the website.
